I must make arrangements to ship international ocean cargo to Austria. I'm unsure if we will require a container, as we have but a few items we must ship. Is it possible to include multiple shipments within one container? Or do you simply add smaller cargo shipments and place them in a ship's hold? This is new to us, so please excuse our ignorance on this. When you do send me your information, would you include such items as pricing, time to delivery, damage policies, and how much is it to buy insurance to cover the shipment in case of damage or loss? We can pack the shipment ourselves, but will need the load picked up at our facility. How soon in advance do you require notice of a shipment being ready for pickup? Do you also arrange for the delivery at the destination? If not, then whom would we contact to arrange that? Please respond to my email address.
